Hardware
CAD data files (Source Files) have been prepared to ease reproduction (e.g. via 3D printer) of various designed components presented at aetherwellen-musik.de.
The files are licensed under CERN-OHL-S v2 (https://ohwr.org/cern_ohl_s_v2.pdf) or any later version and distributed WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Please see the CERN-OHL-S for applicable conditions.
As per CERN-OHL-S v2 section 4, should You produce hardware based on this source, You must maintain the Source Location visible at least on the packaging and documentation, even after modification.
The Source (http://aetherwellen-musik.de) must be indicated at products you make using this source as well.

The pictures below show the completed assembly of three slightly different coil-bobbin-holder assemblies. In addition to the 3D printed components for coil-bobbin, coil-bobbin-slider and coil-bobbin-holder, one nylon-screw M3x30mm (M3x25mm), one grub-screw M3x3mm, solder-lugs and up to six pan-head screws M3x5mm (M3x4mm) have to be added. To make it possible to be manufactured using a low resolution 3D (PLA) printer (the components have already been designed in 2017), no threads have been included. Therefore, the M3 threads have to be carefully drilled using the dedicated tools after printing. PLA material can be used, but liquid resin is preferable because of better RF characteristics.
Due to printer- and ferrite-rod tolerances, the components might have to be scaled accordingly.

Assembly Sequence
The pictures below show the assembly-steps of three slightly different coil-bobbin-holder assemblies. When completed, the ferrite-core has to move easily up and down inside the coil-bobbin by turning the dedicated nylon-screw of the slider.
